1. Company Information

Shenzhen Juxi Technology Co., Ltd ("JuxiTech", "we", "us", "our") operates this website (www.juxitech.com). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Orders

All products listed are for research, education, and industrial use. Specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Product images are for illustration only; actual products may vary.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude shipping, customs duties, and taxes. Payment is due at time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide from Shenzhen, China. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Customers are responsible for import duties, customs clearance, and any local taxes. JuxiTech is not liable for delays caused by customs or carriers.

5. Warranty

Hardware products carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover: damage from misuse, modification, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, or damage from improper installation or operating conditions. Software and firmware are provided "as-is" under their respective open-source licenses.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is defective on arrival (DOA). Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Custom orders and software licenses are non-refundable.

7. Open-Source and Intellectual Property

Firmware source code, CAD files, schematics, and documentation provided with JuxiTech products are released under their respective open-source licenses (typically MIT, GPLv3, or CC BY-SA 4.0) as specified in product documentation. Hardware designs remain the intellectual property of Juxi Technology. Brand names, logos, and trademarks are property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

Juxi Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to: personal injury, property damage, loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. Robotics and automation equipment involves inherent risks; users assume all responsibility for safe operation.

9. Export Compliance

Some products may be subject to export controls. Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable export laws and regulations of their country. Orders to sanctioned countries or entities will be refused.

10. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; failing that, through arbitration in Shenzhen, China.
